Membership Criteria

1. Associate

Members who use embalming "skills", and who are not members of any other embalming organisation(s) and hold no formal qualifications in embalming. *Associate members will be encouraged to take formal qualifications in embalming by the Association.

Annual fee: £65

 

2. Member

Members who embalm as part of their day-to-day duties at work. They will be trained, qualified and be members of other embalming organisations.

Annual fee: £85

 

3. Retired

Members who hace ceased practising as embalmers who embalm less then ten cases per year.

Annual fee: £55

 

All categories of membership will require practitioners to keep detailed case reports on subjects embalmed and may be inspected by the association at any time.
